3. Complete 1–2 Development / Flip Projects

High-ROI plays that accelerate capital growth and experience for bigger projects ahead.

4. Launch a Private Investor Network

A vetted, trust-first group of partners for co-investment, JV, and lending deals. Coming mid-2025.
